OK, this has been fixed as well. The issue turned out to be setPointerCapture()
- it cannot be called for the event that originated on the scrollbar. Strangely, it only affects the window scrollbar, any elements with style="overflow:scroll"
continue to work properly even with the captured pointers.
The fix will be included in the next release.
