Zoom out button when at the top zoom level

1. Enable the "zoom out" button in the FacetChart toolbar
2. Zoom out to the top zoom level

Expected: The zoom out button does not look clickable, or it is hidden. (From the top zoom level, you cannot zoom out any further.)
Actual: The "zoom out" button is displayed and it looks clickable.

The same kind of reasoning can be applied to the "Back" button in the toolbar.

What is your opinion on this?

I personally wouldn't want it to hide and be visible depending on state.

Disabled look and feel would be cool IMO.

Yes, it makes sense that the buttons would be disabled when the action cannot be performed. For the Back it should be very simple however the Zoom out depends on a rather expensive calculation which in the naive implementation would have to be called rather often.

We will add this in our backlog and see when it could be implemented.

It is near the top things to do, I do hope that this gets in the next release once we finally get the current 1.13.2 out the door.

This has been implemented in 1.15, with the exception of zoom-out button in TimeChart where the check for whether the zoom-out is possible is rather complex.

When trying out the examples for zoomcharts (using the latest version) I can confirm that this issue has been fixed but when trying it out locally within our app we still have it.

We are using version 1.15.6

We are not sure how to proceed here, if there might be something on our side.

Are there any calls to replaceData() or similar API methods? It might be that some calls invalidate the "back" state (so that the button no longer works) but it does not clear the state so the button stays enabled.

I just went through some old issues on our side and found this one again. This is still an open issue from our side.

To answer your last question:
Yes, we use replaceData() quite heavily throughout our page.
Are you saying that if using this method we are unable to get the disabled state for the back button?
