Hello,
We have been using the 'Advanced Time-based Column, Line, Area Chart' for Power BI, and are really loving it so far. We've been using it to visualize sensor readings that are coming in from IoT devices.
In our main chart, the X-axis is a DateTime field, that is detailed down to the milli-second. Due to the size of our dataset however, there are over 75,000 points that are plotted along the axis, and I am getting an error message:
"Too Many Values. Not displaying all data".(screenshot below)
My question is: what is the limit of this visual control? I am trying to perform filtering/slicing by month, day, etc, but sometimes that isn't even sufficient.
Any additional ideas on how I can make this work? If you need more information about what the data looks like, I may be able to provide some additional detail that is not proprietary to our client.
Thanks,
Mike
