Purchasing Advanced visuals for Power BI

Dear Sirs,

I am a power BI desktop and service user (I have a pro account) and I would like to install your advanced drill-down visuals.

I have been trying to go through the purchase process by following the three steps as per your website instructions but it seems that the icons don't respond. I clicked multiple times "add to cart " but nothing happens. I could no figured out where the problem is.

Can you provide support about what I should do in order to carry out the operation?

I'll write all the steps to purchase Power BI ZoomCharts visuals. It would be easier to narrow the problem.

1. Please navigate to our shop page:
   https://zoomcharts.com/en/microsoft-power-bi-custom-visuals/power-bi-visuals-shop/

2. You should the see four options to choose from. For example all chart bundle would look like this:
   

3. A click on that option should change the box to look something like this:
   

4. Bellow there are options to choose user count.
   

5. Please select your desired billing type:
   

6. Click on any of "checkout" buttons:
   

7. If you are new to ZoomCharts or not yet logged in, a following modal dialog should appear:
   

If some of the steps above are not working as explained, please provide additional information - such as what browser are you using.

Meanwhile you can try to use different browser and clear browser cache.

Update:

It seems that with Internet Explorer we had some technical issue that is now fixed. Apologies and please try again.

Hi,

thank you for your email, the Website works properly now.
I have an additional question though.

As said, I am a MS power BI user with a MS power BI licence. Do I need any other specific ZoomCharts- licence installed in order to have the advanced visuals work
OR it’s enough that I pay and download the Custom Visuals and import them in MS power BI desktop?
