Hi. During using NetChart in our development, we found the response area of edges are larger than their actual area. We have created a demo page illustrating the issue: http://aria2.twistoy.com/demo.html, and here is a screenshot:
Since this issue influences our product's user experience, could you please take a look at it? Thank you very much!
Hello.
Yes, we have already received this issue.
We will update this topic as soon as we have some more information.
Thanks.
Hi Eizens,
Is there any update about this issue? If you need any more information from our side, please do not hesitate to contact us. May I know how long it would take approximately for the fix? Thank you.
Hi.
Sure, if there will be any questions we will contact you.
This bug is confirmed and we are getting closer to start fixing it.
Approximate ETA of the fix could be from 2 to 4 weeks.
Regarding this issue, please try to use nightly build and see if everything works well.https://cdn.zoomcharts-cloud.com/1/nightly/zoomcharts.js
Test it on your project and let us know if everything is OK now.
Hi, Eizens
We tested on our internal project and the fix works fine and now the response area of edges are more precise.Thank you very much for your hard work!
Great.
But there is one downside currently for this fix that I should mention. If link label is so large that it goes past the 2 nodes, then it is not possible to click on a label part that is past the node.
Probably this issue is going to be addressed later on.
Thank you very much for mentioning this. Long label going past 2 nodes will not happen that often, so it's ok for now.
