We are using navigation.mode: 'focusNodes' and focusNodeExpansionRadius: 1.
The issue I am experiencing is the auras from the previous generation(unfocused nodes) are still showing up after the animation completes, any easy way of clearing them out? Feeling like the control should already handle this. We are also experiencing this with our filter routines as nodes are being unfocused, yet the auras remain.
At this point to cure the UI issue in certain scenarios we are simply disabling the auras from code(ie: netChart.settings.auras.enabled = false) and then re-enabling when certain map events take place (ie: the user collapses the map, we re-enable)
I have been trying to work around this problem within our nodeStyleFunction function, as to not set the auras on the node when it is not focused, something like this:
if (node.focused) {
node.aura = node.data.auras;
}
The results are not working correctly because .focused does not seem to be consistent for all nodes in view.
Thoughts on the best way to solve this issue.
